Dr. Ateeq Ur Rehman is presently working as a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada where he is working on knowledge modeling, product development, and parameters optimization for indoor hydroponic farming. Dr. Rehman completed his M.Sc. in plant molecular genetics from Linköping University, Sweden, and a Ph.D. in biological sciences from the University of Szeged, Hungary focusing on photosynthesis under the EU Marie Curie fellowship, His scientific findings were selected for talks at different international conferences. Dr. Rehman has several publications in international peer-reviewed high-impact factor journals, and he also received several national and international awards for his photosynthesis-related research contributions and academic achievements.

Emilie Pelletier will soon complete her Master's degree in International Development Management and Humanitarian Action at Laval University in Quebec, QC, Canada. Her work with us focuses on Community Engagement and Outreach, driven by her passion for helping communities grow and supporting important causes. Emilie is excited to bring farmers closer together and strengthen their community bonds.

An experienced Business Development Specialist who brings over 20 years of experience working with over 62,000 smallholder farmers and 4,000 SMEs in production, services, non-profit, and agribusiness from startups to growth enterprises. Henry has carried out capacity-building and consulting assignments in Agriculture and Entrepreneurship Development for the World Bank, IFAD, UNDP, USAID, USADF, and the Central Bank of Nigeria. He has country experience in Nigeria, Ghana, and Canada.

Mr. Ian Madalitso Saini is an agronomist working with Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. He holds a master’s degree (Management of Natural Resources and Sustainable Agriculture) from Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB). He has been in the crop production sector since 2000, specializing in sustainable agriculture.

Joy Lasisi is an experienced Agribusiness and Value Addition Officer with a passion for farming and entrepreneurship. With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, she has worked with multiple clients in various sectors of the agricultural value chain, combining agribusiness principles with value addition to increase profits and create sustainable businesses.

I support Canadian biotech companies to generate new IPs, secure provincial/federal research funding while providing them with technical expertise, state-of-the-art equipment and lab space.

With a BA in Agriculture sciences from University Of Gezira, Sudan, Mohammed has worked with University of Gezira as a dedicated agriculture expert specializing in crop protection and soil management. With a comprehensive knowledge of integrated pest management and sustainable soil practices, I help farmers optimize yields and promote long-term soil health. Passionate about sustainable agriculture, I strive to ensure the future of our food systems.

Riyadh is currently a DBA candidate in Business Administration at UNICAF University and serves as a mentor and lecturer at various international institutions and organizations.
